Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

We ship to Europe, USA and Canada and offer a free tracked shipping option for all artworks larger than 30x30cm | 12×12″.

We are always happy to ship international! If you need a specific country not included in our list of destinations, just send us an email through the contact form on this page.

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment of order.

We operate on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the studio will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4. Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at hello@christelastakhoffart.com

5. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at hello@christelastakhoffart.com so that we can conduct an investigation.

6. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

7. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us at hello@christelastakhoffart.com.

8. Duties & Taxes

8.1. Sales Tax

Sales tax, if applicable, has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website.

8.2. Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Christel Astakhoff Art at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

9. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

10. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Returns and Refund policy

1. Returns due to change of mind

We offer every customer a 14 day no risk money back guarantee on their order.

We will arrange the collection and return shipment of any artwork you purchase from us at no cost to you. We will pay for the return shipping.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your artwork, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To request a return, you need to write us at hello@christelastakhoffart.com within 14 days after you received your artwork.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift Cards and discounted products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 days to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at hello@christelastakhoffart.com.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product using the return shipping label we provided.

  1. Warranty Returns

We undertake to deliver a quality service to Buyers.

In this regard, any Buyer has the ability to report, by emailing Christel Astakhoff Art at the hello@christelastakhoffart.com, within 30 days from the receipt of any Artwork, any claim concerning the Artworks ordered, following the hereafter criteria:

– Product not received: The Product has not been received by the Buyer

– Product not compliant: the Product does not correspond to the ordered Product. In case of non-compliant Product, return of the Artwork by the Buyer will be organized by the seller. Christel Astakhoff Art will be responsible for the return of the artworks and for taking all the costs to be borne by it. In this case the price of the Product(s) purchased, and the shipping costs paid by the Buyer when placing his order will be reimbursed by Christel Astakhoff Art after receipt of the Artwork.

IN CASE OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

The client is responsible of checking the packaging of all goods delivered by courier before signing for them. If the package arrived damaged, you have to inform the courier about it. The buyer has to take pictures of damages and send it to Christel Astakhoff Art within 2 days after delivery. If the order arrived damaged and the buyer noticed it to the carrier and to Christel Astakhoff Art within 5 days, you will be refund 100% of your order.

Unless the Customer has inspected the Goods and given written notice to us within five days after collection or delivery that the Goods are damaged, the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition and refund policy cannot apply.
