Our location in the heart of Europe near to Luxembourg’s intercontinental shipping hub allows us to easily ship orders to destinations across the continent.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know and we will arrange for the return shipment of the artwork at no cost to you.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery, so you can take your time making sure the artwork is perfect for your space. We want you to love your painting, and we’re here to help make that happen.
We offer free returns on all of our products, as long as you let us know within 14 days after your artwork was delivered (based on the carrier tracking).
We understand that sometimes artwork doesn’t quite fit into your home the way you envisioned, and we want to make it easy for you to exchange or return it.
We will arrange and pay for the return shipping, so you don’t have to worry about any additional expenses. We hope that you find the perfect piece of art for your home, and we’re here to help if you need us.
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email within 7 days to notify you that we have received it.
After we made sur that your item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
To request a return, you need to write us at hello@christelastakhoffart.com or contact us here within 14 days after you received your artwork.
The client is responsible of checking the packaging of all goods delivered before signing for them.
If the package arrived damaged, you have to inform the courier about it. The buyer has to take pictures of damages and send it to us within 2 days after delivery.
If the order arrived damaged and the buyer noticed it to the carrier and to Christel Astakhoff Art within 5 days, you will be refund 100% of your order.
Unless the Customer has inspected the Goods and given written notice to us within five days after collection or delivery that the Goods are damaged, the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition and refund policy cannot apply.
